Is Seatisfy free?
Yes. Seatisfy is a free wedding seating chart planner — no account, no credit card, and no ads. Every feature, including the auto-seating optimizer, drag-and-drop floor plan, real-time collaboration and all print exports, is free for everyone.
Do I need to create an account?
No. By default your plan is saved privately in your own browser — nothing is uploaded. You can export a backup file any time.
Is my data private?
Private by default: your guest list stays on your device and is never sold, tracked, or shown ads. It leaves your device only if you choose to share a live link (it then syncs through our server so collaborators can edit it) or use the optional AI assistant (which sends your request to our AI provider). Share links can be password-protected.
Can I plan together with my partner or wedding planner?
Yes — hit Share to get a live link. Anyone with the link (and the password, if you set one) can edit the same seating chart in real time. Sharing uploads the plan to our sync server.
Is there an AI assistant?
Yes — an optional AI assistant lives on the seating page. Ask it in plain language to add guests, create tables, set who sits together or apart, adjust settings and auto-seat the room — and undo anything it does. It runs only when you open it; to reply, it sends your message and the relevant parts of your plan to our AI provider (OpenAI). Everything else stays private by default on your device.
Can guests find their own seats?
Yes. Share the plan, then print the QR poster and guests scan it to look up their table on any phone.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Seatisfy is offline-first and installable on iOS and Android, so it keeps working without a connection — perfect for planning at a venue with no Wi-Fi.

How do I seat divorced parents or guests who don’t get along?
